4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

You may receive driver details before your ride.
Cancellation:

If a driver arrives at pickup location and the passenger doesn’t show up, a no-show fee may apply.

Loss of personal belongings in the cab
Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions
